Unique               There will be a lot of variety in your workouts.  I use a wide range of techniques and equipment to 

                             maximize the effectiveness of each session.  This variety will challenge your body and keep you 

                             motivated - there's nothing worse than doing the same boring routine over and over again!

 


 

Available for training in your apartment building gym, home, office or gym (in gyms which allow private trainers)
