I design fitness programs in a wide range of focus areas. These include:
Customized
Each workout is individually designed based on your goals, your progress to date, and your feedback. There are absolutely no "cookie cutter" workouts or programs. Every workout is customized specifically for you.
Unique
There will be a lot of variety in your workouts. I use a wide range of techniques and equipment to maximize the effectiveness of each session. This includes free weights, machines, resistance training, suspension training (TRX), balance balls, kettle bells, yoga, and more. This variety will challenge your body and keep you motivated - there's nothing worse than doing the same boring routine over and over again!
Convenient
I know my clients have busy lives. To save you time, I can train you where ever is convenient to you - whether that be in your apartment building's gym, home, office or private gym (in gyms which allow private trainers).
Motivational
When it comes to trainers, style and approach are so important. I believe in motivating through positive feedback. I'm not the type of trainer who is going to yell at you or "break you down to build you back up". I will be honest and direct - but always in an encouraging manner.
